1. Choose Between Subscriber or Event group – Manage your membership plans, member perks, subscriber followers, and leads with ease. Event groups also include member passes, such as e-business cards, & smart event tickets too!

2. Choose Group Purpose for an event group –

Business Group (such as an expo or networking event), Social Group (such as a club or a parish council), or a Pleasure event (such as a festival)

3. Choose Capacity + Duration

• Select the required capacity of active members, with unlimited subscriber followers and leads included as standard. Select Capacity of active members:

• Select the right duration, ranging from 1 month, 1 year, 5 years or more, to as little as just 1 day!

Pass benefits include:

• A unique e-pass per member, that can be used for sharing contact or safety information
• Additional Passes for guests or events
• Offering security enhanced tickets with integrated ID checks at your events too!
• With multi-level passes, with fully customisable pass level perks,  such as standard or VIP

Choosing the Right Capacity:

Choose your predicted maximum number of members. Available for any size group, we have created them for groups of any size, with group sizes of members of up to 6, 20, 50, 250, 1000, 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited active members with a fully white label version available too.

Upgrading or Downgrading the Capacity:

But don’t worry if you need to change, as we automatically adjust remaining time to scale to the number you upgrade or downgrade to. We know how horrible it is to be tied in to the wrong package, & we wouldn’t do that to you! To do so, simply apply a new package, and this will adjust your existing package to re-size it to the new maximum for active member, & scale your remaining time to match that capacity too so that nothing is lost!

* Integration with EventRaptor – EventRaptor is an events listing and promotion platform, designed to support virtual and in-person events with ease. MfG works seamlessly to help you list events more easily. Event Raptor can help you capture payments for events, and MfG can automatically produce our smart passes to help create even more engagement at your event, manage security access, & more! MfG can help show members and non-members details of any up and coming events, with easy registration too!

* Integration with Go High Level – Whether using CRM Raptor (part of the Raptor Suite), or from a different Go High Level agency, Go High Level can work seamlessly with Aurora, using webhooks, APIs and other great ways to share information in realtime.

* Integration with Mass Mailer apps – (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Go High Level, or other email mass-distribution platform). Although MfG can send automated welcome and expiry emails to members including pass tickets, as well as adhoc ‘on demand’ messages to members, subscribers or leads, MfG does not include a mass mailing component for bulk email distribution. MfG can work in conjunction with virtually any email platform, either by easily exporting your data for import to the mass mailer, or by technical integration using global industry standard APIs.

* Google Calendar – This feature allows groups to publish a shared Google Calendar on their directory listing, making it easy for members and non-members to see up and coming events!

* Aurora Inventory Management – MfG Groups can also choose to add-on an inventory management system, making it easy to keep track of valuable assets, stock levels and more.

* Aurora Business & Charitable Cause Directory – MfG makes it easy for a selected Group administrator to list business or good cause, helping raise the profile of your enterprise to a wider audience.

* Aurora Deals 4 Donations – Allow your Group to list deals to the public through their business directory listing.

* Aurora Fundraising – MfG can be connected to your cause, & help with a wide range of fundraising activities, including donations management & much more.

* Aurora Smart Tags – MfG allows Aurora ticket holders to temporarily use Aurora wearables as their tickets, making Aurora Smart Tags into great wearable tickets!
