Choice No.1 - What type of group system do you need?

Whether you just need to manage your members, or want them to enjoy the benefits of membership passes, such as networking eCards or you need to manage event passes, we've got you covered.

  1. The micro-community builder allows you to have your own membership group, offering a range of membership tiers, and even a fully featured group directory and member only area.
    Select this option if you do not need passes

  1. The member pass system has exactly the same benefits as the micro-community builder platform, but also provides members with passes to help with sharing their details, as well as includes a fully functional perk management platform, so that your members can all see just what perks their membership rewards them with, as well as allows for easy quantity management, or regular topping up, too!
    If your membership offering gives your members a range of benefits that they can access or order online, this may be the option to choose.

  2. If you hold events, and want your members to have passes to these events, such as a VIP access pass with free beverages, or celebrity perks, this could be the option for you. This comprehensive membership solution allows you to offer your members multi-tiered event passes & perks, as well as offer a fully loaded membership management platform, this is the package for you!

Choice No.2 - What sort of passes would you like?

This selection allows your group to be tailored for the right audience, based on whether your business is a business focused group (like a business networking group), a social oriented group (like a hobby club or even dating group), or a leisure group (like a festival or leisure event)

  1. If you are offering a business focused group, such as a networking group, learning and development group for entrepreneurs, or any professional group within the business community, you may wish to offer electronic business cards as passes for improved business interaction.
    Select this option if you want to distribute business/networking eCard passes, for members or events.

  1. If you are a social organisation, such as a charitable group, hobby society, or even a dating or social interaction meeting group, you may want to offer electronic contact information sharing cards as passes for improved social interaction.

    Select this option if you want to distribute socially oriented eCard passes, for members or events.

  2. If you are running a public event such a festival gathering, or a fun sports event, then you may wish to offer your attendees an 'ICE' (In Case of Emergency) pass, that also functions as a ticket, and provides access to perk information by selected staff.

    Select this option if this group is focused on a leisure event.

Choice No.3 - How many active members is it for?

Just how many active members do you have? Our groups can be upgraded to cater for any number of members at any time, Select from up to 6 / 50 / 200 / 1000 / or more, to fit your needs. For events or membership groups catering for over a thousand active members or passes, please contact us so we can help tailor better to fit your needs.

Remember, we only count active members! If a member is not active, they don't count in the numbers! This is so that you don't get penalised for having a great fan base and feel forced to prune your database!
